Personal information you disclose to us
In Short: We collect personal information that you provide to us.
We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the Services, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and Services, when you participate in activities on the Services, or otherwise when you contact us.
- Personal Information Provided by You. The personal information we collect may include email addresses and passwords.
- Sensitive Information. We do not process sensitive information.
Information automatically collected
In Short: Some information — such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address and/or browser and device characteristics — is collected automatically when you visit our website.
We automatically collect certain information when you visit our website (swyvo.app). This information does not reveal your specific identity but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, and approximate location (such as country or city derived from your IP address), information about how and when you use our website, and other technical information. The Swyvo desktop application does not collect IP addresses or location data — see Section 1B below.
The information we collect includes:
- Log and Usage Data. Log and usage data is service-related, diagnostic, usage, and performance information our servers automatically collect when you access or use our website. This log data may include your IP address, device information, browser type, and settings and information about your activity on our website, device event information (such as system activity, error reports, and hardware settings).
- Device Data. We collect device data such as information about your computer, phone, tablet, or other device you use to access our website.
1B. INFORMATION COLLECTED BY THE SWYVO DESKTOP APP
When you use the Swyvo desktop application, we use PostHog (hosted in the EU) to collect anonymous product usage data. This includes which apps and websites you add to your Swyvo workspace, feature usage, and basic session/error information, which helps us understand how Swyvo is used and improve features such as the App Gallery. This data is linked to a randomly generated identifier stored locally on your device — not to your name, email, or account. On first launch, you are asked to consent to this data collection. You can change this choice at any time from Swyvo's Settings.

- To facilitate account creation and authentication and otherwise manage user accounts.

5. DO WE USE COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES?
In Short: We may use cookies and other tracking technologies to collect and store your information when you visit our website.
When you visit our website (swyvo.app), we use Google Analytics to understand site traffic and usage, which may set cookies and collect approximate location (such as country or city) derived from your IP address. Our servers are primarily located in the United States and the European Union. Regardless of your location, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored by, and processed by us in our facilities and in the facilities of the third parties with whom we may share your personal information. If we learn that personal information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records. If you become aware of any data we may have collected from children under age 18, please contact us at swyvoapp@gmail.com.

In some regions (like the EEA, UK, Switzerland, and Canada), you have certain rights under applicable data protection laws. These may include the right (i) to request access and obtain a copy of your personal information, (ii) to request rectification or erasure; (iii) to restrict the processing of your personal information; and (iv) if applicable, to data portability. You can make such a request by contacting us at swyvoapp@gmail.com.
